Helwan University was born as a giant, because in comparison to other Egyptian universities Helwan University possesses distinctive specializations. Campus Activities Helwan University offers and facilitate a lot of activities inside the university campus; these activities include sport activities, artistic activities, culture activities, student unions, student families, camps, social activities, solidarity fund and leaders training. |

Funded Research Projects Research at Helwan University has no limitations. Serving the community by advanced research is one of the major tasks of Helwan University faculties, research centers and laboratories. |

Hostels 15 housing units (7 for females and 8 for male students) were established in the University campus. Each unit provides accommodation for 400 students on 6 floors. |
