(b) Functions assigned to the use of university establishments and units of a special nature

Follow-up of protocols and agreements made at centres and units of a special nature.
Overseeing the use and utilization of university establishments for the development of the university ' s own resources (central library, guest house).
Supervise the provision of data required and used by the Information Bank in the area of community service and environmental development.
Preparation of periodic follow-up reports to the Vice-President of the University for Community Service and Environmental Development
