Objective
The objective of the Office is to create technology incubators that track the Science and Technology Valley in order to create immediate free jobs that start and/or develop from the campus by supporting the creation and fostering of start-up companies that offer scientific solutions and creative ideas in the form of goods or services that represent solutions to societal problems or challenges and generate returns from investment that contribute to the knowledge-based economy and achieve Egypt ' s Vision 2030.

Engagement of developers to develop and promote technology incubators or to implement support services for research projects and start-up companies
To hire experts to provide all types of services needed by incubators, research projects, ideas and emerging incubators, such as legal, financial, marketing, technical and other services.
Pre-incubation services for start-up companies.

Awareness-raising activities and advertising of incubator services aimed at attracting research groups and promising ideas
Post-incubation services
Construction of an interactive electronic platform to market the services provided by the incubator to beneficiariesالMarketing of emerging firms and their goods and services.
Provision of legal support to emerging companies in accordance with the Science, Technology and Innovation Incentives Act No. 23 of 2018.
Formulation of a technical and financial non-disclosure agreement between the beneficiary and the Incubator ' s Department with the Technology Marketing Office
Establish ratios of intellectual property rights - in accordance with intellectual property policy incubation - among implementing partners and determine the value of such rights morally or materially in the event that the beneficiary ' s objectives are fully or partially achieved
