As part of the ongoing and constructive cooperation between the Ministry of Youth and Sports and Helwan University, the university’s non-specialized choir team participated in the closing ceremony of the second season of the "Egyptian Youth EYE" initiative, under the patronage of Dr. El-Sayed Kandil, President of the University.

The celebration was held at El-Gezira Youth Center, in the presence of Dr. Ashraf Sobhi, Minister of Youth and Sports, along with the Minister’s assistants from various sectors of the ministry and representatives from several universities.

Helwan University's choir team, led by Maestro Ahmed Awad, delivered a remarkable performance that received widespread praise from the attendees.

The university is keen to participate in such events to encourage students, enhance their capabilities, and develop their personal skills — empowering them to play a meaningful role in creating a positive impact on their communities.

It is worth noting that the “Egyptian Youth EYE” is a youth initiative affiliated with the Ministry of Youth and Sports. It aims to empower young people across various life, cultural, scientific, and political fields, striving to unify youth efforts across all governorates and build a generation capable of shaping a better future, in line with Egypt’s Vision 2030.

This participation was supervised by Ms. Nashwa Ali Mostafa, Director General of the General Administration for Student Welfare, and Mr. Ahmed Yehia, Director of the Artistic Activity Department.
