President of Helwan University Welcomes the Minister of Supply and Internal Trade at the Arts and Culture Complex

In the esteemed halls of the Arts and Culture Complex, Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Kandil, President of Helwan University, welcomed Prof. Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, on the sidelines of a doctoral dissertation discussion held within an intellectual forum that brings together researchers and scholars to exchange ideas. The event was attended by Prof.Dr. Hossam Refai, Vice President of the University for Education and Student Affairs, Prof.Dr. Ashraf Reda, Executive Director of the Arts and Culture Complex, and Major General Mohamed Abu Shaqa, Secretary General of the University.

The researcher, Abdo Sayed Ali Hassan Alwan, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the National Postal Authority, presented a professional doctoral dissertation in Business Administration entitled: "Analysis of the Relationship between the Free Leadership Style and Organizational Loyalty". The dissertation provided a precise scientific analysis of the relationship between free leadership style and its impact on the level of organizational loyalty within institutions, contributing to a better academic and practical understanding of this leadership style in modern work environments.

The committee praised the researcher’s distinguished academic effort and commended the significance of the dissertation in supporting and developing modern administrative practices within governmental and service institutions, particularly in light of current organizational challenges.

The discussion and evaluation committee consisted of a distinguished group of professors and management experts, chaired by Prof. Dr. Salah El-Din Ismail, Professor of Production and Operations Management and former Dean of the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration at Helwan University, Prof. Dr. Sherif Farouk, Minister of Supply and Internal Trade, and Prof. Dr. Samia Ahmed Fathy, Emeritus Professor of Business Administration at the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration – Helwan University, and supervisor of the dissertation.
