Workshop for Ambassadors of the Internal Excellence Award at Helwan University
July 8–9, 2025
In line with the Egyptian state's directives, under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to institutionalize a culture of excellence within higher education institutions, and in alignment with Egypt's Vision 2030, Helwan University is participating in the third edition of the Internal Excellence Awards for Public Universities in 2025.
This participation is under the patronage of Prof. Dr. El-Sayed Ibrahim Kandil, President of the University, and Prof. Dr. Walid El-Sarougy, Vice President for Community Service and Environmental Development, and in coordination with the University’s Quality Assurance Center, led by Dr. Nabil Abdel Salam, Director of the Center, and Dr. Amani El-Sayed, Head of the University’s Internal Excellence Award Team.
Within this context, the university organized a two-day training workshop for 24 Ambassadors of Excellence representing various faculties. The workshop aimed to prepare for the implementation of the internal excellence awards system in its first edition at Helwan University, in collaboration with the Supreme Council of Universities.
