6. Funding (local and foreign) in the areas of academic and administrative development
7) Training of technically qualified human cadres in the areas of development and modernization
8) Providing information and data for UNU strategic planning
9) Exchange technical and scientific expertise with the project team to achieve its outputs in accordance with the approved project proposal.
10) Administrative assistance in the scientific and technical completion of all project work from installations, equipment, plant development, purchase of etc.
11) To monitor progress in the achievements and outputs of the project and to work together to overcome obstacles to the achievement of the outputs in cooperation with the various departments of the University.
