Through our practice of working in youth care agencies, the importance of developing performance has been sensed in order to complete the system approved by the University Council to develop the educational process, in accordance with the directives of the President of the Republic towards developing higher education and developing youth leadership through the performance method development program for the General Administration of Student Welfare and its affiliated departments. This is achieved through the following axes:

The first axis: developing the administrative and technical performance of student care workers at the administration and college levels and activating the leadership role in activities.

The second axis: developing programs in line with the desires and inclinations of students and the requirements of the labor market.

Objectives of the General Administration of Youth Welfare

The General Administration of Youth Welfare aims to develop spiritual and moral values and national and national awareness among students, train them in leadership and provide them with the opportunity to express their opinions, spread the spirit of belonging among students to serve themselves, their families, the university, society and the nation as a whole, and develop natural leaders and activate their role in carrying out their leadership and work tasks.
