Faculty of Medicine

The Faculty of Medicine was established in 2013 by the Presidential Decree No. 1035/2013. The students were enrolled in the academic year 2016-2017 after the endorsement of the internal bylaw by the Ministerial Decree No. 1941 of 2016. The undergraduate programme is an integrated competency-based. It is considered one of the pioneers among the public schools of Medicine. Highly-equipped academic departments at Helwan University Campus and clinical departments at Badr University Hospital have been established to meet the needs of the undergraduate and post-graduate students.
